Welcome to Finding Food Fluency, where a quest to find out all about food is limited only by my incipient knowledge of video editing, and a severe aversion to mayonnaise.
Having spent years living overseas in various countries in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico, and having traveled to nearly 100 countries around the world, it is my hope that you might learn a thing or two about what you eat or drink, and even some culinary vocabulary to help you, too find food fluency.
